South Hill Park arts centre events – South Hill Park Arts Centre, Bracknell
South Hill Park Arts Centre in Bracknell boasts a whole catalogue of events for both children and adults this summer. Whether you’re looking for a week-long summer camp or a morning of getting creative, there’s plenty to choose from.
Children aged six to 11 will work towards staging a musical theatre showcase performance in just one week at the South Hill Park Summer Project 2022. Running from Monday 8th to Friday 12th August, this summer camp allows children to learn new skills, build confidence, and form new friendships as they spend the week learning to sing and dance to a selection of contemporary musical theatre songs. They’ll also get the opportunity to act in mini-scenes – perfect for any budding young actor or actress! Click here to find out more about the South Hill Park Summer Project 2022.
If singing and dancing isn’t their bag, you’ll also find a number of free or low-cost arty activities and sessions over the summer holidays. Stay and Play Experimental Drawing, Sculpture, and Outdoor Imaginary Worlds sessions are a great way to get the family together for a couple of hours of messy, creative fun – and all for free! There are also Lino Printing and Mono Printing sessions for kids that want to learn a new art skill. Click here for more information on South Hill Park art sessions.
Is your little one princess-mad? Head to the Princess Singalong Picnic at South Hill Park!
