Journey to Expertise

Michael's journey in the industry began in 2003 when he joined Gascoigne Pees in Twickenham as an Estate Agent, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the market. His talent and dedication quickly propelled him forward, and in 2005, he joined Foxtons in Richmond as an Estate Agent, further expanding his knowledge and expertise.

In 2006, Michael took on the role of Letting Agent at Dexters Estate Agent in Ealing, where he demonstrated his exceptional abilities in managing lettings and cultivating strong relationships with clients. His commitment to delivering outstanding results led him to a Sales Valuation Manager position at Prospect Estate Agency in Reading in 2008, where he played a pivotal role in driving the office's success.

Building upon his accomplishments, Michael served as a Lettings Branch Manager at Jacksons Estate Agents in Streatham from 2009 to 2011, where he continued to provide exceptional service and guidance to clients. He then moved to James Anderson Estate Agents in Putney, where he held the position of Lettings Branch Manager from 2011 to 2014, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the industry.

Recognizing Michael's invaluable contributions and outstanding leadership, Prospect Estate Agency welcomed him back in 2014 as a Lettings Branch Manager in Reading. His exceptional performance and ability to forge strong connections with investors led to a promotion as Lettings Area Manager in 2015. In this role, Michael successfully oversaw multiple branches, ensuring the highest standards of service and expertise were maintained.

In 2019, Michael's unwavering dedication and proven track record earned him the position of Head of Residential Lettings, cementing his status as a key figure within our organisation. With over 20 years of experience under his belt, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, ensuring that every client receives the utmost care and attention.

Beyond his professional endeavour’s, Michael is an avid traveller who seeks out new adventures. His zest for exploration reflects his attitude towards his work: always open to new opportunities and willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service.
